Contact supportBack-end maintenance of your site such as keeping everything running, security patches installed, and everything looking like it did when we set it up is included in your subscription at no additional cost. Monthly maintenance hours is used for any user requested updates to the site. You might want some images updated periodically, promote a new service, update pricing, or other information that is on the front-end of your site.
As an example, if your subscription includes 1 hour of monthly maintenance, one hour's worth of work can be done every month at no additional cost. Requested updates that exceed that will be billed in one hour increments at the additional hourly rate.
That's okay. The subscription plans are created to aid in standardizing what most companies need. We are open to tailoring a plan that is more appropriate in some cases.
For example, maybe you already have a domain name and don't need us to help you register and maintain it. In this case, we could deduct some of the plan cost; however, you would be responsible for setting up the DNS records on your domain to point to the hosted site.
Plans can be cancelled at any time. However, please note that monthly plans will NOT be prorated upon cancellation. And the first month's payment is always non-refundable due to the fact that some fees associated with setup are non-refundable to us such as domain registration fees and time spent building your web presence. Annual plans will be prorated and refunded according to the number of whole months that will be unused in your subscription.
As an example, if you start an annual plan on October 1st and you cancel it on December 12th, you will be refunded the annual cost of your subscription divided by nine (9). In this example, you used two (2) months and twelve (12) days of your subscription and are therefore entitled to nine (9) full months of unused time.
Please use the Account button in the upper right of each page to login to your payment portal. From here, you can cancel your subscription. We will process any refunds owed to you within three (3) to five (5) calendar days.
Be aware that upon cancellation, your site will be deactivated at the end of the normal monthly billing period.

Meson Solutions maintains the rights to the website design itself; however, all pictures, graphics, and other materials that are supplied by you for the building of the website belong to you and will not be retained by us. Because they are electronic, they will only be retained for thirty (30) calendar days after cancellation in the event you want to reestablish service. After that, they will be deleted from our systems and cannot be retrieved.
Your domain name is your property as well and we will make all attempts to help transfer that to your full ownership at a domain registration service of your choosing. All domain registrations are renewed on an annual basis and if you do not make arrangements for the transfer of the domain name to yourself within that year, it will not be renewed and enter back into the public domain where someone else can potentially take ownership of it.
